Tract 1- 460.37+/- acres of mostly irrigated, highly productive crop land along HWY 603 East. T-16N-R13E Sec. 37-38, T-15N-R13E, Sec 1, 89, 90 Madison Parish, LA. This property has highway frontage, deep well irrigation, and consists of mostly commerce silt loam with some shaky clay and has a high FSA yield history. Tract 2- 165.91+/- acres of irrigated, highly productive, cropland on HWY 602 East, T16N-R13E, Sec. 23, 25, 26, Madison Parish, LA.
